2023-2024
Kmart | Retail Employee
During the holiday period of 2023, I acquired a position at the Morayfield Kmart store. Being my first non-freelance job, this role taught me various important skills regarding communication, teamwork, collaboration, budgeting, time management, and creative problem-solving under pressure, and ensured I understood how to deliver excellent customer service. In this position at Kmart, I developed a new level of professionalism and understanding regarding the working industry that has shaped me into a more mature person.
2021 - Present
Freelance Writer/Artist
Throughout my educational career and privately I have worked on various projects ranging across the creative industries. Notably, I have worked alongside peers to create and produce a theatrical production exploring the influences and impacts of mental ill-health, and a short film trailer for an immersive art installation that addresses systemic sexism and sexual harassment.
